I currently work as an employee experience designer at USAA developing solutions grounded in human centered design.
When I’m not focused on making USAA’s employees experiences better (hopefully), I work at evolving my craft and balancing my critical thinking with drawing, painting, writing, and music. Each discipline informs and inspires the others and drives the creative energy needed to produce meaningful expressions that move people to feel, think, act.
In today’s world most of us suffer from cognitive overload and stress. Media, in all forms, won’t allow us to pause and reflect on Nature where we will find the antidote to this affliction. As the proliferation of detail in our world threatens to swallow us, it becomes increasingly more important that creative arts strive to help us balance our understanding of the world.
